We have been fortunate to receive over £100,000 in donations from friends, family, colleagues as well as a generous donation from Nicola’s former employer, Investec.

Below is a celebration of the various fundraising activities and events that we’re aware - thank you so much to all involved!

Our Lady of Muswell Tennis Club (link)

Nicola loved her tennis and was a regular with the Sunday morning tennis ladies. Nicola was also one of the founders of the junior tennis teams, who now compete regularly across various age groups for boys and girls.

The club has since established the annual Nicola Karayannis Junior Cup tournament and very generously held two fundraising events raising over £4,500!

Hampton Half Marathon

Susie and Claudia, two of Nicola’s close friends from University, bravely ran the Hampton Half Marathon in 2025 raising well over £6,000!

Hampton School

Hampton School kindly nominated the UCLH Cancer Charity and the Fellowship as one of the charities of the year for 2025/26, generously raising nearly £3,000 for the Fellowship! This initiative was led by Samuel Greaney, the son of one of Nicola’s friends from University. We are so proud of Samuel!

Cheltenham races

Stuart Tilly and various guests kindly made generous donations to the Fellowship to take part in a day at the Races in 2025.

Jen and Andy get married!

Andy, Nicola’s brother married Jenna in July 2026 and many guests made generous donations to the Fellowship as a gift!
